How to understand, express and respond to our own trauma triggers and those of others

Guest Presenter:   Claire Mc Waters-Smith, Art Psychotherapist, Wattleseed Centre WA.

Claire has over 20 years’ experience of working as an art Psychotherapist and  “walking alongside people who have chosen to explore new ways to respond to life’s challenges.” 

She has kindly volunteered her time to join us to share her knowledge and experience about how trauma affects the mind, body, and spirit connection.

She currently supports people to heal from trauma by working with creative approaches including art therapy and trauma focused weightlifting programs.
